Plant Quality and Appearance

We strive to deliver high-quality plants. Plant appearance may vary due to natural growth patterns.

Single and Bulk Plant Orders-

Single / bulk plant orders are handled and packed with care, but we cannot guarantee 100% survival rate during transit. We cannot guarantee 100% damage-free delivery.

Recommended Order Quantity

For safer delivery during summer season, we recommend ordering minimum of 8 plants, which allows us to transport via train or travels instead of courier.

Customer Responsibility-

It is essential to inspect plants upon arrival and report any damage or issues promptly.
